    Extra Information: 

    The SU can only operate with the engagement of students. Team representation provides avenues for students on campus to contribute to the change that they want to see, whether that be their support of student reps who provide faculty with necessary feedback and suggestions or through elections where students are given the opportunity to directly elect who they'd like to represent them.

     

    It is clear that the current budget given to team representation could be increased to allow for more staff to support students' endeavours.

    Actions Taken

    • This Idea opened on 15th January 2018 and closed for voting on 05th February 2018.
    • Not enough students have voted on this Idea. This Idea has failed.

    • The Executive has agreed to give this Idea a conditional pass. Work will start on this Idea unless it is vetoed by two-thirds of the Student Council Meeting. Click here for more info

    • Student Council agreed to pass this Idea. This Idea is now Students’ Union policy and has been sent to The Executive for work to begin.
