    Extra Information: At UWE, there is hardly anything a diabetic person can eat from the shops around. For £9000/year people with diabetes should really be able to make good decisions when it comes to eating on campus but there is literally hardly any food available for a diabetic person.

    Actions Taken

    • Not enough students have voted on this Idea. This Idea has failed.
    • The Executive agreed to give this Idea a conditional pass. Work will start on this Idea unless it is vetoed by two-thirds of the Student Council Meeting.

    • Student Council agreed to pass this Idea. This Idea is now Students’ Union policy and has been sent to The Executive for work to begin.

    • April 2021: The VPCW has been working on this, but progress has been delayed due to Covid-19.
